More About Integrity Indemnity
I often get asked why I chose Integrity Indemnity.
As for your business name and its meaning.
“Indemnity” refers to an insurance term.
It means restoring you financially to your pre-loss condition after a covered claim. When you suffer property damage, your insurance policy owes you what is necessary to properly repair your home based on the quality of materials, scope of damage, skilled labor required, and fair pricing standards.
Integrity is just as important.
Proverbs 10:9 says, “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely.”
At Integrity Indemnity, I advocate firmly and honestly. I will never misrepresent information for financial gain, and I will clearly explain when coverage does not apply.
Our name represents our commitment: standing for what is right while ensuring you receive what your policy promises.
Our Mission & Vision

About The Owner
With nearly 20 years of insurance claims experience,
Andrew J. Marsman brings a unique and powerful perspective to property claim representation.
Before becoming a public adjuster, Andrew spent 14 years working on the carrier side of the insurance industry. During that time, he gained firsthand knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate claims, interpret policies, and determine settlement payouts. This inside experience allows him to navigate the claims process strategically and communicate effectively with insurance adjusters in ways most policyholders cannot.
Today, as the owner and president of Integrity Indemnity, Andrew represents homeowners and business owners throughout West Michigan, advocating for fair and accurate claim settlements. He understands the process deeply, ensuring he overlooks no detail and fully informs clients at every step.
